Dave Portnoy<\/a> has encouraged a Buffalo Bills<\/a> player to sue CBS following a replay that showed him in an unflattering position.<\/p>\n

The player, Deone Walker, had his large, jiggly stomach exposed during Saturday\u2019s game against the Denver Broncos<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Walker, a rookie defensive tackle, had his jersey pulled up by a Broncos<\/a> offensive lineman while trying to put pressure on Bo Nix. Cameras would focus on his stomach after the jersey went up.<\/p>\n

Portnoy believes the player has a legitimate gripe.<\/p>\n

\u201cClass action lawsuit against CBS incoming,\u201d <\/em><\/strong>he wrote in a tweet, showing the replay in question.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think that guy could sue CBS,\u201d <\/em><\/strong>the Barstool Sports owner was heard saying in the clip.<\/p>\n
