The officer walks up to the window, immediately smells alcohol, and asks him to step out of the car. The man stumbles a bit but insists he&#8217;s &#8220;totally fine&#8221; and only had &#8220;a couple.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">The officer isn&#8217;t convinced and starts running sobriety tests. First, he asks the guy to walk in a straight line. The man tries, nearly falls over, then claims the road is crooked. Next, the officer asks him to stand on one foot. The guy lifts his foot, wobbles, and says, &#8220;I can not do this barefoot\u2026 my balance depends on my shoes.&#8221; The officer just sighs and keeps going.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"code-block code-block-9\">\n<div id=\"tinyhouse-zone.com_responsive_2\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Finally, the officer says, &#8220;Alright. Last test. If you can pass this one, I&#8217;ll let you go.&#8221; The drunk guy straightens up, suddenly very serious. &#8220;Deal,&#8221; he says confidently.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">The officer explains, &#8220;Use the words\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">green<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0,\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">pink<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0, and\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">yellow<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0\u00a0in one sentence.&#8221;\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span dir=\"auto\">The man thinks hard. Really hard.
