Kansas City Chiefs<\/a> wide receiver Rashee Rice<\/a> has been accused of domestic violence against his ex-girlfriend, Dacoda Nichole.<\/p>\n

In a new Instagram post, Dacoda Nichole alleges that she was a victim of domestic violence from Rashee Rice for eight years. Nichole says she stayed silent on it until she decided to stop \u201cprotecting his image.\u201d<\/p>\n

Nichole accuses Rice of: locking her outside of their home while she was pregnant after discovering he was cheating, destroying her clothes and shoes, damaging her new home in fits of rage and abruptly leaving their family in Kansas.<\/p>\n

She also posted several photos of the injuries she suffered from the domestic violence. Nichole also shared images of the damage in their home that he allegedly created in a fit of rage. As the photos will be disturbing for some viewers, we won\u2019t share them below.<\/p>\n

\nI\u2019m so tired of keeping quiet I\u2019m so tired of protecting his image. I\u2019ve been through too much in a span of 8 years and I\u2019ve had ENOUGH! I\u2019ve dealt with abuse for years, me and this man decided to break up a couple months ago and since then it\u2019s been nothing but hell. He\u2019s very controlling there\u2019s been times he\u2019s came to my new home broken my door, there\u2019s been times when he would put his hands on me while I was pregnant even had the audacity to lock me outside all night in ten degree weather because he got caught cheating.<\/p>\n

He\u2019s cut up all my shoes and clothes leaving me with nothing because he\u2019s gotten caught up. And there\u2019s multiple instances of cheating but besides that I\u2019m just tired of him not doing right by my boys. It\u2019s not fair he doesn\u2019t call them. He rather be layed up with hoes. He literally left us in Kansas and I had to beg him to send money so that I could drive to Texas with my kids and all our stuff.<\/p>\n

We have an agreement because of everything he\u2019s put me through and he still doesn\u2019t follow it. He\u2019s now trying to remove me and my kids from our home for no apparent reason. I\u2019ve known this man for YEARS. He tries to put on this persona like he\u2019s dad of the year. He does the bare minimum and I have to beg for that. I\u2019ve protected his image too long and I\u2019m done doing that. It\u2019s time to protect my peace, protect my children and stand up for myself.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Rashee Rice was suspended for the Chiefs\u2019 first six games of 2025<\/a> for his involvement in a hit-and-run in Dallas a year earlier. As part of his sentence, Rice was given 30 days in jail and five years\u2019 probation.<\/p>\n

We\u2019ll see if the NFL<\/a> and the Kansas City Chiefs launch investigations into the allegations against Rice. But, it\u2019s not too soon to question his long-term future with the organization.<\/p>\n

Remember, the Chiefs wasted no time releasing running back Kareem Hunt<\/a> during the 2018 season when a disturbing video surfaced of him kicking and shoving a woman at a Cleveland hotel.<\/p>\n

The Chiefs supported Rice during his legal issues relating to the 2024 hit-and-run. If they had known about these domestic violence allegations against him beforehand, he may not have been drafted in the first place.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
