“The purpose of this imaging is preventive: to identify issues early, confirm overall health, and ensure he maintains long-term vitality and function,” said Dr Barbabella
“(There is) No evidence of arterial narrowing impairing blood flow or abnormalities in the heart or major vessels.

Trump’s abdominal exam also proved to have been fine, with the doctor concluding that ‘all major organs appear very healthy and well-perfused’.
Dr Barbabella said: “Everything evaluated is functioning within normal limits with no acute or chronic concerns.”
While explaining the reasoning behind the test, he stated it was ‘because men in his age group benefit from a thorough evaluation of cardiovascular and abdominal health’.
Trump himself also spoke about his recent health examination while addressing reporters on Sunday (November 30), when he revealed he wasn’t entirely sure which parts of his body the scan was investigating.
He did however clarify: “It wasn’t the brain because I took a cognitive test and I aced it.”
The president even went on to dub his MRI result as ‘perfect’.

The latest health report comes just months after Trump sparked concern among his supporters after being spotted with what appeared to be mysterious bruises on his hands and swollen ankles in summer 2025.
Despite having previously referred to himself as ‘the healthiest president that’s ever lived’, Trump was diagnosed with chronic venous insufficiency back in July, a benign condition which causes blood to pool in the veins and is common in the elderly.
The ‘bruises’ on his hands were also later addressed by the White House, when Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt clarified they were caused by ‘minor soft tissue irritation from frequent handshaking and the use of aspirin’.
