Cleveland Browns running back D’Onta Foreman suffered a scary injury in practice on Thursday that has everyone worried.
Foreman’s teammates were all seen kneeling in prayer after he was carted off following a punt drill incident.
According to reports, Foreman was taken off the field and placed in an ambulance. However, the injury necessitated his being airlifted, so he ended up leaving the facility on a helicopter.
The Browns have since put out a statement explaining that the RB suffered a direct blow to the head that caused severe neck pain. The team’s staff took immediate action to immobilize Foreman, who was taken to an ambulance before being flown to a medical center in Roanoke, Virginia.
