Moments after the video timeframe, neighbors reported a mysterious tall man lingering near the property just 30 minutes before officers arrived, according to sources. Authorities have since sealed the home as a crime scene, saying the evidence is consistent with a possible abduction, though they stress no suspect has been named and no arrests have been made.

“Today” star Savannah Guthrie’s mother, Nancy, once asked neighbors online where she could find the “best” outdoor camera for monitoring “activity at night” — before she vanished from her Arizona home, according to social media posts seen by The Post.

Nancy Guthrie sought help from other people on Nextdoor, a hyperlocal social networking site designed to connect neighbors, because she was “interested in seeing animal activity at night,” according to the screenshot of the message posted in November 2021.

“I’m thinking about buying ring or nest security/doorbell camera? Any suggestions?” she wrote. “Which has the best camera?”

At least a couple of accounts replied to her, but it appears that she didn’t respond.Nancy was reported missing Sunday just hours after she got back home from dinner the night before.

Local authorities believe her disappearance is tied to a “possible kidnapping or abduction.” Blood was found in her home along with signs of forced entry, law enforcement sources told The Post.

Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos, in a NewsNation interview Tuesday morning, referenced cameras at her Tucson home that investigators were working to review.

“I know there were cameras,” Nanos said.

“Those cameras are in our possession, and we’re downloading them and working with a lot of the makers of those cameras, because some of them are server based, but not cloud based, and so those things are actively being pursued.”

The sheriff said Nancy was dropped off by family Saturday night before loved ones returned the next morning when the beloved grandmother didn’t show up for church.

It remains unclear if she was targeted.

“You know, we’re working with Savannah,” Nanos said on NewsNation.

“We’re working with her security team. And no, we don’t, we don’t know that. We’re not going to rule it out, but nothing’s pointing to her being targeted at this moment.”
