McAfee and crew are back live on Saturdays, with ESPN’s staple show ‘College GameDay’ returning along with NCAA football. The former NFL player had another wild, cringeworthy moment on this weekend’s broadcast while making his pick for the game between South Carolina and Kentucky.
“I’ll take the cock,” he said, guest picker Michael Phelps worked up as he referenced the Gamecocks in a way that cried for a “pause.” The phrase would never come.
“You just wanted to say that,” Kirk Herbstreit shot at him, although we can’t be sure why anyone would want to say that on a college football show.

Fans Couldn’t Believe Their Ears After Pat McAfee Uttered Those Four Words
The admission left many stunned, especially as Nick Saban was also on set.
