Things got physical between Minnesota Vikings and Houston Texans fans following the home team’s 34-7 victory at U.S. Bank Stadium on Sunday.
The Minnesota Vikings continued their surprisingly hot start by dismantling CJ Stroud and the previously undefeated Houston Texans. With the victory, Minnesota has started 3-0 for the first time since the 2016 season.
Unfortunately, what was supposed to be a nice afternoon out at the ball game turned unnecessarily violent between Vikings and Texans fans. The @SkolBos X/Twitter account shared a video of several spectators exchanging punches before it was quickly broken up:

Sam Darnold continued his feel-good story by tossing four touchdowns and no interceptions in the Minnesota Vikings’ blowout win. The Minnesota Vikings are one of four 3-0 teams, along with the Kansas City Chiefs, Seattle Seahawks and Pittsburgh Steelers, though the Buffalo Bills can join that club with a win over the Jacksonville Jaguars tonight.
Minnesota Vikings Look Like Legitimate Super Bowl Contenders
Heading into Monday night, Kevin O’Connell’s Vikings rank third in points for (28.3 PPG per game) and second in scoring defense (10.0 allowed per contest). And this hot start is without Pro Bowl tight end TJ Hockenson, who remains on the injured reserve as he recovers from season-ending ACL and MCL tears.
The Vikings have a chance to cement themselves as an NFC powerhouse further when they visit the archrival Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field on Sunday afternoon. It remains to be seen if the Packers will have Jordan Love back for that game.
