Another notable moment saw a potential Yankees home run ruined as it was overturned due to fan interference
Fans also felt like the managerial choices were ill-advised and deliberate, with New York’s Aaron Boone fielding plenty of criticism for playing Nestor Cortes, who hadn’t pitched in over a month yet was included on the World Series roster.
