The 5-5 San Francisco 49ers will need to get by without superstars Brock Purdy and Nick Bosa for Sunday’s road game against the Green Bay Packers.
Per Lindsey Pallares of the 49ers’ official website, the team will be without Brock Purdy (right shoulder) and Nick Bosa (hip/oblique) at Lambeau Field on Sunday. The 49ers (5-5) are a game behind the Arizona Cardinals for first in the NFC West.
With Purdy out, it will be up to second-stringer Brandon Allen to keep the 49ers from falling below .500. The veteran journeyman signal-caller, who has nine starts under his belt, hasn’t attempted a single pass for the 49ers this season.
Nick Bosa and Brock Purdy have been ruled out ahead of #SFvsGB. See the full injury report:

Brock Purdy hasn’t missed a single game to injury since taking over as the 49ers’ starting quarterback late in the 2022 season. He was a healthy scratch for their Week 18, 2023 game because the team already had the first seed locked up.
49ers Must Survive Without Brock Purdy For At Least One Week
The 49ers’ playoff hopes were dealt a huge blow when they lost at home to the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday. Now they must beat a top NFC team, on the road no less, without their star signal-caller.
