Others wondered how the suspect could have maintained such a great physique with back pain that was that bad.
“Yes he has no problem having ripped abs.. make it make sense,” a user wrote.
“but he can lift heavy weights all day? 🤔,” another asked.
“Can’t be physically intimate, but can get ripped lifting weights? 🤔,” someone added.
“Ok but then another article says he was an avid rock climber and hiker….I’m a little confused. It doesn’t take much to be “intimate”,” said another.

RJ Martin Reveals Luigi Mangione Shared Personal Information With Him
Martin told the outlet he developed a friendship with Mangione while they lived together, which led to the Ivy League graduate opening up.
“He knew that dating and being physically intimate with his back condition wasn’t possible,” Martin was quoted as saying (H/T the New York Post). “I remember him telling me that, and my heart just breaks.”
Per reports, Luigi had five books about chronic back pain on his Goodreads reading list.
It’s now thought that the back pain could have been the reason for his grievances with UnitedHealthcare.
