The Miami Dolphins are in the midst of trying to stay in the playoff race when they made a final decision on wideout Odell Beckham Jr
According to NFL Network, Beckham and the Dolphins agreed to part ways ahead of the team’s Week 15 road game against the Texans.

Should Odell Beckham Jr. clear waivers, he’ll be free to sign with any team next week.
Beckham signed a one-year deal worth up to $8.3 million with the Dolphins in the offseason
NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo noted that the veteran wide receiver is only owed about $200,000 for the remainder of the season if a team were to put in a waiver claim on him.
Odell got a late start to his career with the Miami Dolphins due to recovering from an injury, but even when he was ready to play, it just never worked out, and it showed in his numbers.
Miami brought in Beckham to get a reliable third option in the passing game after relying so heavily on Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle during the 2023 season.
After beginning this season on the physically unable-to-perform list and sitting out the first four weeks, Odell Beckham Jr. has played sparingly since returning in Week 5, catching just nine passes for 55 yards with no touchdowns.
Where Does Odell Beckham Jr. Go From Here?
The Miami Dolphins and veteran wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. have come to an agreement to part ways.
Beckam signed a one-year deal with the Dolphins in May to contribute to the team’s passing attack, but he has seen limited time on the field and has only contributed 18 targets in the games he has played.
This past Sunday, he registered one catch for one yard, and that seemed to be his breaking point.
Now, where does Beckham go from here?
Unable to show that he has something in the tank, a playoff team may come calling since he will be a cheap addition that could pay dividends later.
