Taylor Swift Is the Most Glam Bride-to-Be in Golden Mirrorball Gown at Este Haim’s New Year’s Eve Wedding (Exclusive)

All that glitters is Taylor Swift!

The pop star was on hand to celebrate her friend Este Haim’s California wedding to tech entrepreneur Jonathan Levin on New Year’s Eve, and she sparkled among the guests in a head-turning look that gave major mirrorball vibes.

The “Fate of Ophelia” singer, 36, dazzled in a gold sequin gown with a scoop neckline and flowy pleated skirt. She accessorized with a tan shawl around her arms and matching handbag. Her glam was also elegantly done and featured a romantic updo that showed off statement earrings.

It’s no surprise she nailed the wedding dress code with her new title as bride-to-be following her engagement to Travis Kelce back in August.

Swift was in good company at the event, as pictures show the pop star arm in arm with Stevie Nicks, who was dressed in her signature black.

The eldest Haim sister, 39, documented her wedding dress process with Vogue alongside her sisters Danielle, 36, and Alana, 34. The trio went to the Louis Vuitton atelier in Paris for the fittings for her ceremony, reception and after-party looks, as well as her sisters’ bridesmaid dresses.

“I’ve been looking forward to this day since I was five,” Este told Vogue. “I had this vision of me, coming down a spiral staircase … in this giant ballroom gown, and then my fiancé, [my] husband, would be at the bottom and grab my hand.”

Swift and the Haim sisters have collaborated on the songs “No Body, No Crime” and “Gasoline” along and joined Swift’s Eras Tour as an opening act. The four have also maintained a friendship that has lasted for nearly a decade. Recently, Swift and Haim were seen together on a New York City outing at city hotspot Chez Marguax.

Haim has also opened up about forming a close bond with the Grammy winner. “[Taylor’s] the best and she deserves every accolade that she’s ever had,” she said in a video reshared on X in 2024. “She’s a true genius, and she’s also, like, the best friend and the best hang.”

In 2023, the Haim sisters also told PEOPLE that performing onstage with the Miss Americana star “felt like a dream,” because “not only was she so incredibly welcoming onstage, but her fans embraced us and sang every word.”

Although Swift hasn’t revealed how she celebrated Christmas, she made multiple stylish appearances during the holiday season.

For her Dec. 10, appearance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, the “Ophelia” singer wore a $1,695 David Koma dress in burgundy velvet. She paired the off-the-shoulder minidress with a sparkling necklace, Alder Fine Jewellery earrings and a pair of burgundy velvet pointed-toe heels.

She also arrived to the taping in a Max Mara’s $2,583 Olga coat, a $1,890 plaid skirt by Miu Miu, a $158 AGOLDE bodysuit and Christian Louboutin’s $2,195 Jane boots. She paired the look with $8,500 pear-shaped diamond drop earrings from Etiq and a Karma El Khalil ring.

Before heading to N.Y.C., the performer watched the Kansas City Chiefs take on the Houston Texans at Arrowhead Stadium on Sunday, Dec. 7, alongside Lena Dunham and Selena Gomez.

Swift sported a $4,700 checked blouson jacket in slate gray by Miu Miu detailed with a zipper that she zipped up to the top. She also rocked her signature makeup look of a red lip and black, winged eyeliner.

2025 was a huge year for Swift professionally and personally. She put out a chart-topping new album, The Life of a Showgirl, and got engaged to Travis Kelce. She also released a 6-part The End of an Era docuseries on Disney+ which followed her boundary breaking Eras tour.
