Football fans didn’t know what to think after watching a video of Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love moving along the sidelines after his injury on Friday night.

The 2020 first-round pick has been handed the reins to the Packers’ offense, with Aaron Rodgers moving to the New York Jets ahead of last season. But his second term as a starter has gotten off to a disastrous start.

Love sustained a concerning injury near the end of Friday night’s game against the Philadelphia Eagles in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

The Packers were intent on finding the end zone while down by five with just seconds on the clock. The penultimate play of the drive saw Love avoid a sack, but he ended up on the ground all the same as his knee appeared to pop while getting dragged down.

The QB was helped off the field and was unable to return for the final play. A fan-recorded video from the stands shows him moving around on the sideline after the injury. You can see it right below:

Fans Were Split On Jordan Love After Watching His Sideline Movements

The clip drew mixed reactions from fans online.

“That ACL is gone,” one declared.

“Adrenaline keeping him up💔,” someone surmised.

“Just a sprain,” someone else suggested.

“Even it is broke you can still walk on a medial/lateral malleolus break when it’s not displaced so would assume Adrenaline is helping him soon but X-rays and maybe a CT needed to fully look at the damage,” one of the comments read.

“He’s fine,” another fan wrote.

“Can of corn, he’ll be fine,” another agreed.

“I’ve seen dudes with complete MCL tears that could stand and gingerly walk like this. Won’t know anything till he gets an MRI,” someone else noted.

“You don’t need to be a doctor to confirm this is a video of him,” a user pointed out.

The Packers have since confirmed that the player’s ankle is fine, as there were suggestions that he had also hurt it.

He will be further assessed once the team settles back in Green Bay after they return from Brazil.
