On Sunday, The New York Jets dropped their fifth straight game after a loss to the New England Patriots 22-25. Somehow, though, the worst part of the game was Aaron Rodgers’ comments after the game.
Rodgers has always been known for his strange quotes, but this one might take the cake. “I’ve been in the darkness. You’ve got to go in there, make peace with it,” he said.
"I've been in the darkness. You've got to go in there, make peace with it."

Social media had no problem dragging and commenting on the aging quarterback for what he said.
“I’ve been in the darkness. You’ve got to go in there, make peace with it.”

The Jets sit with an abysmal 2-6 record and are last in the AFC East. Their only two wins of the season came against the Tennessee Titans and New England Patriots, who have a combined 3-12 record.
Aaron Rodgers Appears To Be A Part Of The Problem
Two weeks after firing head coach Robert Saleh, the Jets have not won a game, and Rodgers should be discussed as part of the problem.
Through seven games, he has completed 175 passes for 1,896 yards for 12 touchdowns and seven interceptions.
It’s not a horrible stat line, but you expect more after giving up a good amount of draft capital for him.
