A Kansas City Chiefs fan went viral during Thursday night’s contest between the defending Super Bowl champions and the Baltimore Ravens thanks to the hilarious game props she brought to Arrowhead Stadium
Longtime Chiefs fan Janel Carbajo is well-known among her fellow Kansas City football supporters. Known as “Puppet Lady”, Carbajo brings a Chiefs puppet and a puppet of the opposing team to home games.
During Thursday night’s game, Carbajo and her legendary status were properly introduced to those who aren’t familiar with her.
The back-to-back Super Bowl champions kicked off the 2024 NFL season with a home tilt against Lamar Jackson’s Ravens in a rematch of last year’s AFC Championship Game. Kansas City fans got their money’s worth with a thrilling 27-20 victory that came down to the game’s final play.

According to Pro Football Reference, the final attendance for the Chiefs-Ravens game was 73,611. Countless fans were shown up close on the NBC cameras, but Carbajo gets the nod for the best fan game props.
With the victory, the Chiefs improved to 6-1 in Week 1 games under Patrick Mahomes. The three-time Super Bowl champion is now 5-1 against the Ravens, with his only loss coming in Week 2 of the 2021 season.
Chiefs Try To Continue Momentum In Week 2 vs. Bengals
The Chiefs will try to jump out to a 2-0 start when they play host to Joe Burrow and the rival Cincinnati Bengals next Sunday at Arrowhead. Burrow is the one quarterback who has had the Chiefs’ number in the Mahomes era with a 3-1 record.
