NFL Fans Have Serious Concerns Over Pat Mahomes Sr.’s Plans After His Latest Super Bowl Announcement

The father of Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes has been in trouble many times during his life.

Mahomes Sr., father of the Chiefs quarterback and three-time Super Bowl champion, started his 10-day prison sentence last October following his DUI arrest in February 2024 after recording a blood alcohol content of 0.23 when an officer pulled him over in Tyler, Texas.

As part of his plea deal, Pat Mahomes Sr. was sentenced to five years of probation and an additional year of “intense supervision.”

When the former MLB pitcher was arrested, the arresting officer said Mahomes Sr. had an open can of beer in the center console of his vehicle.

This is only one of many times he has had brushes with the law over drinking and driving.

That brings us to his next announcement.

Pat Mahomes Sr. took to his X account and posted, “SEE YOU SOON NOLA!!!”

Social media was quite worried about what he was thinking about doing in a city like New Orleans.

“is that a threat?” one fan asked.

“You drunk driving there, big dog?” a third fan asked.

“Hope you ain’t driving!?” another fan stated.

“Hope you’re sober enough to enjoy it 😮‍💨😮‍💨” one final fan commented.

Pat Mahomes Seems Unfazed By Social Media Bringing Up His Past

The easiest thing for Mahomes Sr. to do is stay off social media as his son navigates the NFL.

He clearly has zero plans of doing that.

After the Chiefs defeated the Buffalo Bills 32-29 to advance to the Super Bowl, the quarterback’s father took to X with a snarky message.

“Today is a great day to not be from Buffalo,” Mahomes Sr. said.

He was ripped from every corner of the country, and it still did not deter him from posting online.
